Welcome to Prelude, The Octagon Theatre's bistro and cafe/bar. Located on the first floor, you can find a selection of food and drink to enjoy as well as the perfect place to relax and meet up with friends before a show.

Food served between 11am - 7.30pm.
Saturday 28 October
Drinks, muffins & flapjacks from 10.30am.
Food served between 10.30am - 7.30pm.
Sunday 29 October
Drinks, muffins & flapjacks from 1pm.
Food served between 1pm - 7.30pm.

Table Reservations and Special Events
While not always necessary, booking a table is the best way to guarantee a seat in Prelude and can be done for any of our shows. Bookings require a minimum party of five and food can be pre-ordered to avoid queuing on the night.
