Andrew Ziminski: Church Going

Andrew Ziminski is a Frome-based stonemason and church conservator who has spent decades acting as an informal guide to curious visitors to the many churches he’s worked on.

Join him on a journey through the medieval churches of the British Isles, where he will reveal fascinating histories, features and furnishings, from flying buttresses to rood screens, lichgates to chancels. Many of these are in Somerset, including our own St John’s the Baptist and nearby St Mary’s Limington and St Catherine’s, Montacute.

This is a celebration of British architectural history.

This event will take place in Wheeldon Suite 1.
